Many schools are turning to restorative approaches, also known as restorative practice, to create a harmonious learning environment where pupils are able to self-regulate their own behaviour and learning. Restorative approaches have been found to be very effective in improving behaviour and learning in both a primary and secondary settings when implemented as a whole school approach.
RJ4Schools provide training to primary, secondary, special, international and independent education: We are also able to provide training to care homes and youth justice settings.
Online training is highly cost effective. We are very experienced at delivering online or in-person training to small or large groups within the UK or internationally.
We run open access training three times a year. This is suitable for individual members of staff or small groups wanting a refresher or full training in restorative approaches or restorative justice conferencing.
We are able to provide support either online or in school, we can also assist with classroom and individual pupils or students that are either vulnerable or challenging.
